Der Bun­des­rat hat heute seine Un­ter­stüt­zungs­mass­nah­men für die Wirt­schaft wäh­rend der Co­ro­na-Pan­de­mie wei­ter jus­tiert. Die hohe Nach­fra­ge nach Über­brü­ckungs­kre­di­ten zeigt, dass das Bud­get für Bürg­schaf­ten nö­ti­gen­falls rasch er­höht wer­den muss. Aus Sicht von eco­no­mie­su­is­se ist es aber eben­so wich­tig, dass der Bun­des­rat nun die volks­wirt­schaft­li­chen Aus­wir­kun­gen sei­ner Schutz­mass­nah­men ana­ly­sie­ren und eine Stra­te­gie für die Zeit nach der Lo­cke­rung aus­ar­bei­ten will.**

Das bereits sehr umfassende Unterstützungspaket des Bundes für die notleidenden Unternehmen in der Schweiz wird rege in Anspruch genommen. Die Landesregierung hat heute kommuniziert, dass sie an der gewählten Strategie festhalten will, jedoch eine gezielte Ausweitung der Massnahmen prüft. So wurde das Finanzdepartement beauftragt, bis am Freitag zusätzliches Geld zur Verfügung zu stellen. economiesuisse begrüsst diese Entscheidung, denn sie vermittelt Sicherheit in einer Situation, in der für viele Betriebe ihre Existenz auf dem Spiel steht. Das rasche zur Verfügung stellen von Liquidität verhindert, dass es zu grösseren negativen Kettenreaktionen in der Wirtschaft kommt. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es sinnvoll, dass der Bundesrat bestehende Lücken schliesst und in besonderen Härtefällen auch Selbstständigerwerbende unterstützen will, die nach geltendem Recht keinen Anspruch auf eine Entschädigung haben.

Nach den heute präsentierten Präzisierungen ist es aus Sicht der Wirtschaft dringlich, dass nun zeitnah die Planung an die Hand genommen wird, wie die Schutzmassnahmen schrittweise gelockert werden können. Der Bundesrat hat heute angekündigt, dass er die langfristigen volkswirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen der geltenden Massnahmen analysieren will. Die Wirtschaft braucht rasch Antworten, wie die Rückkehr zur Normalität gestaltet wird. economiesuisse wird diese Arbeiten des Bundes unterstützen.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
