**Im Rahmen der von der ZHAW und HAW organisierten Veranstaltungsreihe Industrie 4.0 diskutierten Experten mit lokalen Unternehmen an einem inspirierenden Mittags-Roundtable. Debattiert wurden die Möglichkeiten, Chancen und Hürden der Digitalisierung für die Gestaltung von Service-Beziehungen mit Kunden.**

Durch die intelligente Vernetzung von Anlagen, Produkten und Menschen entstehen neue Prozesse, Geschäftsmodelle und Services. Am fünften Anlass der Reihe vom 4. Juni 2018 erläuterten Teresa Alberts, CEO ITficient, und Jürg Meierhofer, Koordinator der ZHAW Plattform Industrie 4.0, neue Möglichkeiten mit digitalen Services, die sich insbesondere für KMU eröffnen. Der Fokus lag dabei auf produzierenden Unternehmen. 

Meierhofer legte die Grundlagen aus Lehre und Forschung: Aufbauend auf der traditionellen Prozessausrichtung industrieller Fertigung fokussierte er auf die Produktdimension, zeigte die Hierarchie von Funktionalitäten bei Smart Services und richtete den Blick auf die Industrie als Dienstleister. Das Ziel der Wertgenerierung für Kunden vor Augen, skizzierte er ein Service-Oekosystem; IT und Daten immer im Zentrum. Er zeigte auch die Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten bei der ZHAW.

Alberts berichtete mit Beispielen an datengetriebenen Services von KMU's über konkrete Herausforderungen im Maschinen- und Anlagebau und Einflussfaktoren bei der Entwicklung von digitalen Services. Wichtig ist das Verstehen des Kundenbedürfnisses, der technologischen Möglichkeiten und die Gestaltung der Service-Beziehung mit dem Kunden. Diesbezügliche Investitionen sollen dem Kunden und Unternehmen einen Mehrwert bringen. Praktische Empfehlungen rundeten den Beitrag ab.

Die am Anlass vertretenen Firmen vereinten sehr viel Erfahrung und Wissen aus diversen Branchen und Anwendungsgebieten. Klar wurde: der Weg zu Daten-getriebenen Services muss nicht komplex sein. Anpacken, exploratives Vorgehen, nicht warten, bis alles klar ist, darauf kommt es an. Sicher ist: Daten-getriebene Services bieten Chancen für alle. Läuft meine Maschine noch oder steht sie still? Wie kann ich mit Services Umsatzwachstum erzielen? Wie kann ich die Kundentreue erhöhen? Diese Fragen sind für alle relevant. Abseits stehen ist keine Option.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
