Die Sommerferien neigen sich dem Ende zu, der Herbst naht. Nun muss konkret und ohne Scheuklappen diskutiert werden, wie eine mögliche Energiemangellage verhindert oder bewältigt werden kann. Mit zehn konkreten, einfach umsetzbaren Vorschlägen zur Gasversorgung macht economiesuisse den Anfang.

Eine schwe­re Gas­man­gel­la­ge wäre für die Schwei­zer Wirt­schaft und die Be­völ­ke­rung ver­hee­rend. Um eine sol­che Si­tua­ti­on zu ver­hin­dern und auf den äus­sers­ten Not­fall vor­be­rei­tet zu sein, müs­sen jetzt kon­kre­te Mass­nah­men dis­ku­tiert wer­den. Für eco­no­mie­su­is­se ist klar: Alle sinn­vol­len Hebel sind in Be­we­gung zu set­zen und alle Ak­teu­re müs­sen am glei­chen Strick zie­hen. Be­triebs­schlies­sun­gen und Ar­beits­lo­sig­keit sind mit allen Mit­teln zu ver­hin­dern. Um die­ses Ziel zu er­rei­chen, sol­len drei Hand­lungs­grund­sät­ze ver­folgt wer­den:

Auf dieser Basis macht economiesuisse in einem neuen Positionspapier zehn konkrete Vorschläge für Vorbereitungsmassnahmen. Im Fokus steht dabei vor allem die «Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe» für die Wirtschaft: Die Unternehmen können sich sehr weitgehend selbst organisieren, brauchen hierfür aber schnell klare und sichere Rahmenbedingungen. Dies bedarf unter anderem eines engen Einbezugs der Wirtschaft in Umsetzungsszenarien, verbesserter Vertragssicherheit für Gaskunden, eines verbesserten Datenmonitorings und Pooling-Lösungen um auf Knappheiten effizient zu reagieren. Auch muss eine Flexibilisierung der Rahmenbedingungen ‒ beispielsweise der Arbeitszeitenregelung ‒ angedacht werden, um die Energienachfrage zu glätten und die Produktion ausserhalb von Spitzenzeiten zu ermöglichen. Jeder Stein muss umgedreht werden und es braucht eine breite Diskussion über alle Möglichkeiten, eine Mangellage zu verhindern und notfalls zu bewältigen.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
