Compasso ist das Informationsportal für Arbeitgeber mit dem Fokus auf [Früherkennung und Intervention ](https://www.compasso.ch/frueherkennung-und-integration.htm)sowie [berufliche Wiedereingliederung](https://www.compasso.ch/de/p90003286.html) an den Schnittstellen zwischen Unternehmen, Betroffenen, IV, Suva, Pensionskassen und Privatversicherern.

Der Fokus liegt bei Informationen für Arbeitgeber bezüglich Umgang mit Personen mit einer gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigung, die entweder mit (Früherkennung & Integration) oder ohne Anstellung (berufliche Wiedereingliederung) sind. Mit praxiserprobten Tools, Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen und konkreten Praxisbeispielen erhalten die Arbeitgeber durch das Informationsportal Unterstützung. Der Verein Compasso ist breit abgestützt und steht unter dem Patronat des Schweizerischen Arbeitgeberverbandes. Mehr als 80 Mitglieder aus der Privatwirtschaft und dem öffentlichen Sektor – von kleineren bis zu grossen Arbeitgebern und Branchenverbänden – verbinden darin ihre Interessen. Compasso verfügt über ein starkes Netzwerk mit Krankentaggeld- und Unfallversicherern, der IV-Stellenkonferenz, der Suva, dem Pensionskassenverband, Behindertenorganisationen und -institutionen sowie mit Anbietern von Case Management, Arbeitsvermittlung und Jobcoaching.  
Ein Think Tank treibt die fachliche Entwicklung voran und entwickelt weitere Instrumente zur Unterstützung der Arbeitgeber.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
