Eine besondere Stärke der akademischen Programme der ZHAW School of Management and Law (SML) ist die Möglichkeit für die Studierenden, eng mit Unternehmen und Organisationen zusammenzuarbeiten. Die Unterstützung von Unternehmen bei ihren internationalen Aktivitäten und die Förderung von Studierenden beim Erwerb von internationalen Geschäfts- und interkulturellen Kompetenzen sind zwei wichtige Ziele des Departements International Business und des International Management Institute.

Here’s the deal: Sie liefern unseren Studierenden im Bachelor International Management oder Master International Business ohne grossen Zeitaufwand Einblicke in Ihre Firma und präsentieren ihnen einen echten Business Case / Herausforderung. Unsere engagierten Studenten entwickeln Lösungen für Ihren Challenge. Und werden sich morgen an die gute Erfahrung erinnern, wenn es an die Entscheidung für einen Arbeitgeber geht.

Was wir anbieten  
Wir sind aktiv auf der Suche nach Unternehmen und Organisationen, die mit uns zusammenarbeiten möchten. Die Studierenden unserer Studiengänge BSc International Management und MSc International Business setzen sich im Rahmen ihres Studiums mit den Herausforderungen der internationalen Wirtschaft auseinander und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Empfehlungen und Lösungen.

Zu den Aufgaben der Studenten gehören beispielsweise eine Analyse des Umfelds, primäre und sekundäre Marktforschung sowie die Entwicklung von alternativen Lösungen und Empfehlungen.

In Kleingruppen analysieren die Studierenden unserer Studiengänge BSc International Management und MSc International Business die folgenden exemplarischen Themen:

- Internationale Geschäftsentwicklung: Eine Bewertung der Marktchancen und eine Empfehlung für eine Markteintrittsstrategie und deren Umsetzung.
- Internationales Marketing: Markenpositionierung und internationale Marketing-Mix-Themen wie Vertrieb oder Preisgestaltung.
- Internationale Marktforschung und Kundenverhalten für Innovationsmöglichkeiten.
- Umwandlung von internationalen Geschäftsmodellen: Wissens- und Veränderungsmanagement.
- Nachhaltige und verantwortungsvolle Geschäftsmodelle: Bewertung und Umsetzung VON Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien.

**Die Ergebnisse** können eine konzeptionelle Lösung, eine strategische Analyse, einen Geschäfts- oder einen Implementierungsplan umfassen, je nach dem definierten Projektumfang und dem Grad der Komplexität. Unter der Aufsicht eines Fakultätscoaches beinhalten die Lösungen die Anwendung der neuesten Managementtheorien und -konzepte und folgen methodischen und strukturierten Ansätzen. Die gesamte Kommunikation und Projektpräsentation erfolgt in englischer Sprache.

**Der Beitrag des Unternehmens** besteht in der Regel aus einem Kick-off-Meeting, einem Meeting zur Bestätigung des Zwischenstandes und zur Klärung von Fragen sowie der Teilnahme an der Abschlusspräsentation. Nach Abschluss des Projekts erhält der Unternehmenspartner einen Lösungsvorschlag in Form eines abschließenden Geschäftsberichts (der von den Studierenden erstellt wird) und einer Präsentation in englischer Sprache.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
