Die Teilnahme als Spielleiterin bei den Wirtschaftswochen ist nicht nur eine Möglichkeit, Wissen weiterzugeben, sondern auch eine inspirierende Reise, die sowohl persönliche als auch berufliche Bereicherungen mit sich bringt. Im folgenden Interview teilt uns Nadja Huber ihre Motivation, Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse als Spielleiterin, wodurch sie nicht nur Einblicke in die faszinierende Welt der Wirtschaftswochen gewährt, sondern auch die Bedeutung dieser engagierten Rolle für die wirtschaftliche Bildung junger Menschen hervorhebt.

**Was hat dich dazu motiviert, als Spielleiterin bei den Wirtschaftswochen mitzumachen?  
**Es bereitet mir Freude, mein Wissen und meine Erfahrungen mit der nächsten Generation zu teilen und sie auf ihrem Weg zu inspirieren. 

**Welche Vorteile oder persönlichen Bereicherungen hast du durch die Tätigkeit als Spielleiterin bei den Wirtschaftswochen erlebt?  
**Es war eine neue Erfahrung, Schülern wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge näherzubringen und dabei kreative Ansätze zu nutzen. Es hat mich wirklich beeindruckt, wie sich die Schüler im Laufe der Woche von Anfang bis Ende entwickelt haben!

**Welche Rolle spielen die Unternehmen, die ihre Mitarbeitenden als Spielleiter entsenden, bei den Wirtschaftswochen und wie profitierst du davon?  
**Es erfordert eine flexible Einstellung und eine stark ausgeprägte Vertrauenskultur, Mitarbeitenden die Möglichkeit zu geben, sich ehrenamtlich zu engagieren. Als Spielleiter kehre ich nach dieser Woche dankbar und motiviert zurück.

**Gibt es bestimmte Soft-Skills oder Kompetenzen, die du als Spielleiterin bei den Wirtschaftswochen besonders entwickelt hast und die dir auch in deinem Berufsleben von Nutzen sind?**

Es war entscheidend, komplexe Themen auf eine Art und Weise zu präsentieren, die für Schüler leicht zugänglich ist. Die Fähigkeit, abstrakte Ideen in leicht verdauliche Konzepte umzuwandeln, ermöglicht es mir, effektiv zu kommunizieren und Entscheidungen zu erleichtern. Schliesslich ist die Kunst, abstrakte Ideen in greifbare Konzepte zu verwandeln, in jedem Beruf sehr viel wert.

**Wie hat sich deine eigene Erfahrung in der Privatwirtschaft oder als Führungskraft auf die Rolle als Spielleiterin ausgewirkt?**

Das Einbringen eigener Erfahrungen hat dazu beigetragen, dass das Programm der Woche für die Teilnehmenden lebendig und gut nachvollziehbar ist.

**Wie hat das Konzept der Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) im Rahmen der WiWo eine Rolle gespielt und wie hast du den Schülerinnen und Schülern geholfen, dieses Konzept zu verstehen und anzuwenden?**

Ich habe den Schülerinnen und Schülern das Nachhaltigkeitsdreieck nähergebracht und ihnen aufgezeigt, dass CSR viel mehr ist als nur eine Unternehmensstrategie. Dabei sind nicht nur sinnvolle Investitionen von Bedeutung, sondern auch die Pflege des Images und die Schaffung von guten Arbeitsbedingungen. Es ist eine ausgewogene Kombination dieser und weiterer Faktoren, die langfristige Nachhaltigkeit fördern.

**Wie hat die betriebswirtschaftliche Simulation WIWAG dazu beigetragen, den Schülerinnen und Schülern ein realitätsnahes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Prozesse zu vermitteln?**

Die Simulation hilft den Schülern dabei, die komplexen Zusammenhänge in der Geschäftswelt zu verstehen. Durch den Abschluss mehrerer Geschäftsjahre entwickelte sich zum Ende hin eine spürbare Begeisterung an der Sichtbarkeit und Vergleichbarkeit der Ergebnisse.

**Wie hast du die Entwicklung und Fortschritte der Schülerinnen und Schüler während der Wirtschaftswoche wahrgenommen?**

Beeindruckend. Die anfängliche Überforderung verwandelte sich schnell in angeregte Diskussionen, und die Schüler begannen frühzeitig, die Auswirkungen einzelner Entscheidungen zu erkennen. Sie identifizieren sich am Ende der Woche spürbar mit ihrem Unternehmen.

Wie würdest du die Bedeutung der Wirtschaftswochen und der Rolle der Spielleitenden für die wirtschaftliche Bildung junger Menschen beschreiben?  
Die Simulation macht Wirtschaft greifbar und durch die Erfahrungen der Spielleiter wird sie lebendig. Eine Wirtschaftswoche setzt die Weichen für die Zukunft junger Menschen und hilft ihnen, sich auf spannende Weise auf ihr zukünftiges Berufsleben vorzubereiten.

**Wie würden Sie jemandem, der zögert, sich als Spielleiter bei den Wirtschaftswochen zu engagieren, die Bedeutung und den Einfluss dieser Erfahrung vermitteln?**

In den Worten von Nike: "Just do it!" Es macht Spass und gibt dir die Gelegenheit, etwas Positives zurückzugeben.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
