 Was ist ein Carnet ATA?

Das Carnet ATA (Abkürzung für Admission Temporaire - Temporary Admission) ist ein Zollpapier, das die zollfreie vorübergehende Einfuhr einer Ware in ein anderes Land und die anschliessende Wiedereinfuhr in die Schweiz ermöglicht. Das Carnet ATA erspart beim Grenzübertritt dem Zollpflichtigen unter anderem die Sicherstellung der Einfuhrabgaben und der Zollverwaltung das Ausstellen nationaler Zollpapiere. Um ein Carnet ATA verwenden zu können, müssen zuerst zwei Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein:

1. das Bestimmungsland für Ihre Ware muss dem Carnet ATA-Verfahren beigetreten sein und
2. der Verwendungszweck der Ware gehört zu einer der drei folgenden Gruppen: Berufsausrüstung, Messe- und Ausstellungsgut, Warenmuster

Inzwischen gehören 78 Länder dem Carnet-ATA-System an.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
