Die [Kistler Gruppe](https://www.kistler.com/CH/de/) ist erneut auf Wachstumskurs: Mit 434 Millionen Schweizer Franken lag der Umsatz 2022 5,5 Prozent über dem Vorjahr. 2023 will das Unternehmen dank technologischer Innovationen und dem Ausbau des chinesischen Marktes zweistellig wachsen. Dabei orientiert sich der Messtechnik-Experte an den globalen Trends Digitalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit und E-Mobilität.

Unsere Auftragslage ist hervorragend: 2022 verzeichneten wir einen rekordhohen Auftragseingang von über 500 Millionen Schweizer Franken. Unsere Organisation und Strategie sind fit für die Herausforderungen der Zukunft», so Rolf Sonderegger, CEO der Kistler Gruppe.

Wachstumsmarkt China

Gezielt entwickelt Kistler seine Standorte in zukunftsträchtigen Regionen weiter. Insbesondere China – bereits heute der grösste Markt für Kistler – bietet weiterhin grosses Potenzial und soll künftig zu einem integralen Bestandteil der Kistler Gruppe werden. Dementsprechend ist für 2023 ein Ausbau der Produktion vor Ort sowie die Stärkung der lokalen Verantwortung geplant.

Innovation im Fokus

Innovation war und ist für Kistler die treibende Kraft, um als Unternehmen zu wachsen und die Herausforderungen der Zukunft anzugehen. Durch die gezielte Investition in zukunftsweisende Technologien und Produktinnovationen soll der technologische Vorsprung weiter ausgebaut werden. Rund acht Prozent des jährlichen Umsatzes fliessen in Forschung und Entwicklung. Ein eigener Business Incubator schafft zudem den Raum, besondere Geschäftsfelder mit Innovations- und Wachstumspotenzial in einem geschützten Rahmen mit Start-up-Mentalität weiterzuentwickeln. 2023 wird der gesamte Unternehmensbereich Biomechanics in den Business Incubator umsiedeln.

Nachhaltige Personalentwicklung

Um externe Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und interne Lohngleichheit zu sichern, hat Kistler 2023 in der alljährlichen Lohnrunde das Gehaltsbudget um 5,8 Prozent erhöht – die grösste Steigerung in seiner Geschichte. «Uns sind Investitionen in nachhaltige Personalentwicklung gerade vor dem Hintergrund des generellen Fachkräftemangels besonders wichtig. Nur mit den richtigen Mitarbeitenden können wir weiteres Wachstum sicherstellen. Ein wettbewerbsfähiges und transparentes Gehaltssystem ist hier Grundvoraussetzung», so Sonderegger. Global konnte zudem ein Personalaufbau von rund 100 Stellen realisiert werden, wodurch die Zahl der Mitarbeitenden auf 2.045 gestiegen ist.

Kistler Innovation Lab neu im Technopark Winterthur

Am Hauptstandort der Unternehmensgruppe stehen noch in diesem Jahr Veränderungen an: So wird das Innovation Lab zukünftig im Technopark in Winterthur angesiedelt sein. Und auch die Planung einer Smart Factory nimmt wieder Fahrt auf. Kistler beabsichtigt damit, langfristig in den Innovationsstandort Schweiz zu investieren.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
