**Das Mentoring-Programm des Amtes für Arbeit (AFA) und der regionalen Arbeitsvermittlungszentren (RAV) unterstützt gut qualifizierte und erfahrene Fach- und Führungskräfte gezielt bei der Stellensuche. Es bietet Orientierung und praxisnahe Unterstützung durch ein breites Netzwerk von Mentorinnen und Mentoren. Es wurde nun neu konzipiert und erhielt einen neuen Web-Auftritt**,** der im Folgenden genauer erklärt wird. **

Das Mentoring-Programm schafft bei den teilnehmenden Stellensuchenden Klarheit in Bezug auf die Bedürfnisse der Arbeitgebenden. Sie werden gezielt unterstützt und erhalten qualifiziertes Feedback aus der Perspektive von Arbeitgebenden. So finden die Teilnehmenden schneller eine passende Stelle. Das Programm richtet sich primär an gut ausgebildete und erfahrene Personen. Diese Gruppe hat grosses Potential, dem Fachkräftemangel entgegenzuwirken. Davon profitieren alle:  
Stellensuchende, Mentorinnen und Mentoren und die Unternehmen.

 

**Mentees**

- Sie sind bei einem Regionalen Arbeitsvermittlungszentrum (RAV) im Kanton Zürich angemeldet.
- Sie verfügen über eine tertiäre Ausbildung mit adäquater Berufserfahrung oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (EFZ) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung.
- Sie suchen qualifizierte Rückmeldungen von Branchenkennerinnen und Branchenkennern, um Ihre Stellensuche noch erfolgreicher zu gestalten.
- Sie können aus den Gesprächen gewonnene Erkenntnisse bei Ihrer Stellensuche selbständig umsetzen.

**Um als Mentee am Programm teilzunehmen müssen sie direkt Ihre Personalberaterin / Ihren Personalberater im RAV auf das Mentoring-Programm ansprechen.**

**MentorInnen**

- Sie bestimmen selbst, welche stellensuchende Fach- oder Führungskraft Sie als Mentorin/Mentor unterstützen und haben direkten Kontakt zu der für Sie zuständigen Fachperson des RAV.
- Sie haben während drei Monaten optimalerweise viermal Kontakt mit Ihrer/Ihrem Mentee – telefonisch, persönlich oder schriftlich (ca. eine Stunde Aufwand pro Monat).
- Sie unterstützen die/den Mentee dabei, sich erfolgversprechend auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu positionieren. Gemeinsam reflektieren und optimieren Sie bestehende Stellensuchstrategien.

**Unternehmen**

- Das Engagement als Mentorin oder Mentor animiert Ihre Mitarbeitenden dazu, das eigene Netzwerk zu pflegen, sich mit der Branche, den Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes und dem eigenen Jobprofil auseinander zu setzen und sich aktuell zu halten. Sprechen Sie Ihre Mitarbeitenden an!
- Sie profitieren direkt vom Kontakt zu hochqualifizierten und erfahrenen Fach- und Führungskräften, die auf Stellensuche sind.
- Die Mentees bringen Branchenkenntnisse und relevante Erfahrungen mit, was zu neuen Kooperationsmöglichkeiten wie projektbezogener Zusammenarbeit, Teilzeitarbeit oder Beratungsmandaten führen kann.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
