**Die Swiss Excellence Product Awards werden am 11. September 2025 anlässlich einer Feier im Technopark Winterthur übergeben. KMUs können von einer Auszeichnung enorm profitieren Aber auch die Teilnahme bietet bereits viele Vorteile**,** weshalb sich möglichst viele Winterthurer Unternehmen bewerben sollten.**

**Die Swiss Excellence Stiftung**

Die Swiss Excellence Stiftung unterstützt kontinuierlich Schweizer KMU und Startups, die sich durch innovative und technisch anspruchsvolle Produkte auszeichnen. Ziel ist es, marktorientierte Forschung und Entwicklung auf höchstem Niveau zu fördern. Jährlich verleiht die [Swiss Excellence Stiftung](https://swiss-excellence.ch) den renommierten Swiss Excellence Product Award an ein marktreifes Produkt eines Schweizer KMU. Hinter der Swiss Excellence Stiftung steht ein engagiertes Team erfahrener Fachleute aus Technik, Wirtschaft und Forschung. Sie setzen ihr Wissen ein, um Schweizer KMU und Startups bei ihrem Wachstum und ihrer Innovationskraft zu unterstützen.

**Kategorien**

Es werden 2 Kandidatengruppen und Auszeichnungen unterschieden: Zum einen wird ein Innovatives Schweizer Produkt eines Schweizer KMU, welches erfolgreich am Markt eingeführt ist ausgezeichnet. Zum anderen wird ein erfolgversprechendes Produkt eines Schweizer Startups, welches gegebenenfalls noch in der Entwicklung ist, ausgezeichnet. Diese Unternehmen müssen vor weniger als 5 Jahren gegründet worden sein, als Aktiengesellschaft oder Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung firmieren und bereits erste Umsätze generiert haben.

**Kriterien**

Die Bewertungskriterien für den Swiss Excellence Product Award umfassen typischerweise mehrere zentrale Aspekte, die sicherstellen sollen, dass die ausgezeichneten Produkte nicht nur innovativ, sondern auch praktisch und zukunftsweisend sind:

- Das Produkt muss eine herausragende Neuheit darstellen und sich klar von bestehenden Lösungen abheben.
- Das Produkt sollte ein nachweisbares oder erwartetes Potenzial zur Schaffung nachhaltiger Werte bieten.
- Die Strategie zur Markteinführung und -etablierung sollte überzeugend und gut strukturiert sein.
- Ein solides und realistisches Geschäftsmodell sowie ein durchdachter Businessplan sind entscheidend.

**Bewerbung**

Die Kandidaturen für den Wettbewerb eines Jahres müssen bis 3 Monate vor dem Termin der Award-Veranstaltung des betreffenden Jahres bei der Stiftung eingereicht werden. Die Bewerbungsfrist für den Award läuft bis am **17. Mai 2025**. Die Bewertung und Antragsstellung durch die Jury erfolgt bis 4 Wochen vor dem Termin der Award-Veranstaltung. Die Award Zeremonie findet dann am 11. September 2025 im Technopark Winterthur statt.

**Vorteile**

Die Gewinner erhalten das Recht, die prämierten Produkte mit dem Label «Swiss Excellence Product Award» zu versehen und zu bewerben. Doch auch die Teilnahme birgt bereits diverse Vorteile: Unternehmen profitieren vom wertvollen Netzwerk des Stiftungsrates, der Teilnahme an der AWARD Feier, sowie von der im Zusammenhang mit dem Award entstandenen Publizität. Die Swiss Excellence Product Awards leisten also einen Beitrag zur Förderung des Unternehmertums sowie des Technologie- und Innovationsstandortes Schweiz. **Deshalb sollen auch Winterthurer Unternehmen unbedingt kandidieren.**

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
