Der Berufsbildungsfonds des Kantons Zürich hat in den Jahren 2016 – 2019 Zürcher Lehrbetriebe und Verbände, die ihre leistungsstarken Lernenden während der Lehre besonders fördern, finanziell unterstützt. Diese Unterstützung wird für die Jahre 2021 – 2022 weitergeführt.

In den Jahren 2021 und 2022 können Zürcher Lehrbetriebe und Verbände zu jeweils zwei Fristen per elektronischem Eingabeformular ihr Gesuch um finanzielle Unterstützung einreichen.

Die Eingabefristen sind:

- 30. April 2021
- 01. September 2021
- 29. April 2022
- 02. September 2022

#### Finanzielle Unterstützung

Ziel der Unterstützung ist es, die zusätzliche Leistung der Betriebe und Verbände zugunsten einer attraktiven Berufsbildung zu honorieren. Damit soll das Bereitstellen von Angeboten und Förderprogrammen, die leistungsstarken Lernenden zu Gute kommen, gefördert werden. Denn die Förderung von leistungsstarken und motivierten Lernenden lohnt sich für alle.

**Lehrbetriebe** werden mit einer Pauschale von CHF 1000.- je Lernende / Lernender unterstützt. Bei geringem Aufwand oder bei einer Teilnehmerzahl ab sechs Lernenden reduziert sich die Pauschale auf CHF 500.- je Lernende / Lernender.

**Verbände** werden mit den effektiven Kosten bis zu einem Maximum von CHF 500.- je Lernende / Lernender unterstützt. Maximal kann ein Gesamtbetrag von CHF 10‘000.- bei der Teilnehmerzahl von 20 Lernenden beantragt werden. Verbände sind nur beitragsberechtigt, wenn der Verband das Förderprogramm durchführt und den Lehrbetrieben kein Aufwand entsteht.

#### Gesuche

Über die Gesuche befindet eine siebenköpfige Jury zusammengesetzt aus Vertreterinnen und Vertretern von Branchenverbänden, Lehrbetrieben und des Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamts nach Ablauf der Eingabefrist.

Die Gesuche werden beurteilt

- gemäss den Voraussetzungen
- im Rahmen der zur Verfügung stehenden Mittel insbesondere aufgrund des Aufwands und der Innovation der Fördermassnahme sowie der gleichwertigen Unterstützung der Berufsfelder
- aufgrund der Befragung der Lernenden, falls die gleiche Fördermassnahme bereits unterstützt wurde

Spätestens acht Wochen nach Eingabefrist wird der Entscheid per Brief mitgeteilt.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
