Der [KMU-Verband Winterthur ](https://www.kmu-win.ch/)führte eine Befragung unter 150 lokalen Firmen durch, um deren Mobilitätsbedürfnisse zu erfassen und faktenbasierte Aussagen zur geplanten Verkehrspolitik der Stadt Winterthur machen zu können. Die Ergebnisse zeigen erhebliche Defizite in der Verkehrs- und Parkplatzsituation für Unternehmen, Mitarbeitende und Kunden.

**Hauptergebnisse:**

- **Unzureichende Parkmöglichkeiten:** 72,6 % der Firmen halten Parkplätze für Mitarbeitende für wichtig, jedoch haben 58 % nicht genügend Stellflächen. Auch für Kunden und Externe besteht ein signifikanter Mangel.
- **Schlechte Standortattraktivität:** Nur ein Drittel der Unternehmen würde sich erneut für Winterthur entscheiden. Nachbargemeinden mit Autobahnanschluss sind attraktiver.
- **Misstrauen in die Politik:** 82,9 % der Firmen haben wenig Vertrauen in die Fähigkeit der Stadt, geeignete Verkehrslösungen zu entwickeln.
- **Verkehrsflussprobleme:** 83,6 % der Firmen sehen flüssigen Verkehr als entscheidend für den Geschäftserfolg; 81,5 % empfinden den Verkehr in Winterthur als stockend.
- **Ablehnung geplanter Massnahmen:** 86,8 % der Firmen lehnen Tempo 30 auf Hauptachsen ab, 88,3 % sind gegen Fahrbahnhaltestellen. Die Erschliessung Neuhegi/Grüze wird von 91,4 % als wichtig erachtet.

**Analyse:**  
Der Mobilitätsbedarf wird in direkten (betrieblichen) und indirekten (Erreichbarkeit durch Dritte) Gewerbeverkehr unterteilt. In beiden Bereichen bestehen erhebliche Defizite. Besonders kritisch ist die Parkplatzsituation für Mitarbeitende und Kunden.

**Forderungen:**

1. **Keine Halbierung des Gewerbeverkehrs:** Trennung von Privat- und Gewerbeverkehr.
2. **Priorisierung des motorisierten Verkehrs auf Hauptachsen:** Effiziente Verkehrsführung mit getrennten Routen für Langsamverkehr.
3. **Autobahnnahe Gewerbezonen:** Schaffung verkehrsgünstiger Flächen für Unternehmen mit hohem Mobilitätsbedarf.
4. **Park & Ride Lösungen:** Attraktive Anbindungen für Mitarbeitende aus schlecht erschlossenen Gebieten.
5. **Verbesserte Logistik:** Sicherstellung von Liefer- und Parkmöglichkeiten an jeder Haustür.

**Fazit:**  
Verkehr ist essenziell für wirtschaftlichen Wohlstand. Eine Reduzierung des motorisierten Verkehrs ohne angemessene Alternativen könnte Unternehmen zur Abwanderung bewegen, was negative Auswirkungen auf die lokale Wirtschaft und die Umwelt hätte. Der KMU-Verband fordert eine praxisnahe Verkehrsplanung, die den Bedürfnissen der Wirtschaft gerecht wird.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
