Über die Bran­chen hin­weg und für alle Un­ter­neh­mens­grös­sen.**

In Medien, Politik und Öffentlichkeit wird die Verantwortung von Schweizer Unternehmen im Ausland intensiv diskutiert. Oft wird dabei ausgeblendet, was die international tätigen Schweizer Firmen im Bereich der Menschenrechte, der Nachhaltigkeit und der gesellschaftlichen Entwicklung im Ausland bereits leisten. Diese Aspekte sollen verstärkt in die Diskussion eingebracht werden.

## VERSTÄNDLICHE BEISPIELE IN EINER WACHSENDEN SAMMLUNG

Oft wird unternehmerische Verantwortung mit Begriffen wie «Corporate Social Responsibility» thematisiert. Das macht die Sache fürs breite Publikum jedoch kaum verständlicher. «Verantwortung leben» zeigt mit konkreten Beispielen, wie Schweizer Unternehmen mit ihrer Verantwortung umgehen. Wie beispielsweise das Zertifizierungs-KMU TESTEX von Zürich aus Transparenz in die globale Textil-Lieferkette bringt. Oder wie Roche die herausfordernde Überwachung seiner komplexen Lieferkette systematisch angeht. Ein Beitrag von LafargeHolcim zeigt, wie ein Zementwerk in Indien die lokale Entwicklung vorantreibt. So entsteht eine wachsende Sammlung von Fällen und Vorgehensweisen, welche die sozialen und ökologischen Bestrebungen der Schweizer Unternehmen im Ausland beleuchtet. Sie macht die gelebte Verantwortung sichtbar.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
