**economiesuisse sowie der Schweizerische Arbeitgeberverband SAV begrüssen die zusätzlichen Öffnungsschritte ab dem 11. Mai, welche der Bundesrat beschlossen hat. Dies sind wichtige Schritte auf dem Weg zurück in die Normalität.**

**Wiedereröffnung mit Auflagen und Schutzkonzepten**  
Für viele Gastrobetriebe und Verkaufsläden ist es eine grosse Erleichterung, dass der Bundesrat eine Öffnung - wenn auch mit einigen Auflagen- in Aussicht gestellt hat. Offenbar haben die bereits erarbeiteten Schutzkonzepte überzeugt. Es ist daher folgerichtig, dass alle Unternehmen, welche die notwendigen Schutz- und Hygienemassnahmen einhalten können, den Betrieb ab dem 11. Mai wieder aufnehmen dürfen. Die vergangenen Wochen haben gezeigt, dass sich sowohl die Bevölkerung als auch die Unternehmen ihrer Verantwortung sehr wohl bewusst sind – dieser nächste Öffnungsschritt ist aus Sicht von economiesuisse deshalb folgerichtig. Selbstverständlich muss die Situation weiterhin analysiert werden.

**Schrittweise Lockerung der Einreisebeschränkungen**  
Gleichzeitig mit den wirtschaftlichen Öffnungsetappen will der Bundesrat auch die Einreisebeschränkungen schrittweise lockern. Ab dem 11. Mai sollen zunächst die vor dem 25. März eingereichten Gesuche von Erwerbstätigen aus dem EU/Efta-Raum und aus Drittstaaten bearbeitet werden. Für Schweizer und EU-Bürger soll ab diesem Datum zudem der Familiennachzug in die Schweiz wieder möglich sein. Beide Verbände begrüssen diesen Entscheid

**Wichtige Unterstützung für die Schweizer**** Luftfahrt  
**Der Wirtschaftsstandort Schweiz ist auf eine erstklassige verkehrstechnische Anbindung angewiesen, auch auf dem Luftweg. Die hiesige Luftfahrt ist durch die Corona-Krise allerdings in Bedrängnis geraten, der Betrieb steht nahezu still. Es ist deshalb richtig, dass der Bundesrat auch für diese wichtige und kapitalintensive Branche eine Lösung präsentiert hat, um Liquiditätsengpässe zu verhindern. economiesuisse begrüsst, dass nun rasch Bürgschaften in der Höhe von 1,9 Milliarden Franken für Notkredite bereitgestellt und weitere Massnahmen ergriffen werden.

Aus Sicht des Wirtschaftsdachverbands ist es wichtig, dass von der präsentierten Lösung neben der Swiss und Edelweiss nötigenfalls auch bodenseitig tätige Unternehmen profitieren sollen. Ebenso ist es richtig, dass die Bürgschaften nicht an sachfremde Bedingungen wie eine Teilverstaatlichung oder sozial- und umweltpolitische Auflagen gebunden werden. Das Ziel muss sein, dass die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gesamtsystems Luftfahrt keinen bleibenden Schaden nimmt und die internationale Erreichbarkeit der Schweiz in der Erholungsphase schnell wieder gewährleistet werden kann.

**Entscheidende Abstimmung am 27. September  
**economiesuisse begrüsst zudem ausdrücklich, dass die Landesregierung auch im Hinblick auf die politischen Rechte zeitnah eine Normalisierung anstrebt. Obwohl Grossveranstaltungen bis Ende August nicht möglich sein werden, kann das eingespielte schweizerische System eine demokratische Meinungsbildung sicher gewährleisten. Der Wirtschaftsdachverband wird sich im Hinblick auf den 27. September insbesondere für ein Nein zur Kündigungsinitiative engagieren.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
