Nur ein umfassendes Verständnis der neuen IT-Führungsmodelle und der zukünftigen IT-Arbeitsweisen kann den Erfolg in der IT-Organisation weiter gewährleisten. Der CAS «[IT-Leadership und innovative Organisationen](https://www.zhaw.ch/de/sml/weiterbildung/detail/kurs/cas-it-leadership-und-innovative-organisationen/)» vermittelt Ihnen einen fundierten Einblick in personen- und teambezogene Handlungs- und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sie erlernen zudem wesentliche Grundlagen und Prinzipien einer strategischen und operativen Personalführung von IT-Organisationen.

Was sind die wichtigsten Handlungsfelder, um im digitalen Zeitalter als IT-Abteilung erfolgreich zu sein? Neben den «Hygienefaktoren» wie der Kostenoptimierung und der Operational Excellence, bieten sich verschiedene Handlungsfelder an, so zum Beispiel: 

- **Positionierung der IT als Wertbringer**: Durch aktives IT-Marketing und mittels klarem Nachweis des kritischen Business-Value-Beitrages der IT
- **Vorantreiben der digitalen Strategie**: Mittels abgestimmter Geschäftsstrategie und Fokussierung auf Kundenzentriertheit einen Weg in die Zukunft aufzeigen.
- **Modernisierung der IT-Organisation**: Interne Entwicklung und Transformation der IT-Organisation und -Kultur mittels modernen IT-Führungsansätzen.
- **Entwicklung der digitalen Architektur für die Zukunft**: Unternehmensweite Konzeption und Realisierung eines Bebauungsplans für ein einheitliches Datenmanagement und einer oder mehrerer digitalen Plattformen für den zielführenden Einsatz von digitalen Fähigkeiten in allen Abteilungen und gegenüber dem Kunden.
- **Open Innnovation**: Aufbau von Ökosystemen und Netzwerken zur Verwirklichung der Innovationsfelder des Unternehmens.

Darüber hinaus werden die wichtigsten Komponenten der intelligenten Führung, Steuerung und Befähigung der IT-Organisation betrachtet. Neben essentiellen Themenblöcken wie Selbstorganisation, persönliche Handlungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Selbstmotivation im IT-Umfeld werden auch Schwerpunkte im Führen und Begeistern von IT-Mitarbeitern gesetzt.

Zusätzlich werden massgebliche Sichtweisen der technologiegetriebenen und virtuellen IT-Teams aufgezeigt. Es werden deren Herausforderungen thematisiert und andauernde Veränderungen sowie agile Organisationsstrukturen durchleuchtet.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
