Employer services

The employer department, which deals exclusively with employer matters, is managed in cooperation with the SME Association Winterthur and the surrounding area. Representatives of large companies and SMEs deal with relevant topics such as the labor market, social partnership, apprenticeship training, employment law issues or care management.

The department members see education as the central asset of our society. They initiate and accompany e.g. projects that sensitize members and young people to the importance of vocational training. The importance of our young professionals and the potential that opens up to them shows our overview of apprenticeships. We represent the interests of our members in educational matters vis-à-vis authorities and expert committees.
