**Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) ist längst aus der reinen Tech-Blase herausgewachsen. Während wir im Alltag über smarte Chatbots staunen, vollzieht sich in der Industrie eine weitaus monumentalere Revolution. Genau diesem brennenden Thema widmen wir uns bei unserer nächsten Veranstaltung der HAW Cluster-Initiative "Smart Machines" am Dienstag, 7. Juli 2026. Gemeinsam mit führenden Expertinnen und Experten wollen wir der Frage nachgehen: Wie wird KI zum echten Wettbewerbsvorteil für unsere produzierenden Unternehmen?**

Ob präzise Diagnostik im Gesundheitswesen, algorithmischer Handel in der Finanzwelt oder optimierte Logistik im Verkehr – KI ordnet Märkte neu. Doch wie sieht es in der Herzkammer der Schweizer Wirtschaft aus, der produzierenden Industrie? Die Antwort ist klar: KI ist hier keine ferne Zukunftsmusik mehr, sondern entwickelt sich rasant zum entscheidenden Wettbewerbsfaktor. Wer die Nase vorn behalten will, muss KI jetzt strategisch mitdenken.

Die grossen Hebel: Warum die Industrie nicht mehr warten kann  
In der Fertigung geht es selten um Spielereien, sondern um harte Kennzahlen: Effizienz, Präzision und Marge. Genau hier setzt KI an und bietet Hebel, die die industrielle Wertschöpfung fundamental verändern:

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
