**Der Bun­des­rat hat heute den Schutz der Be­völ­ke­rung vor der wei­te­ren In­fek­ti­on mit dem Co­ro­na­vi­rus ver­stärkt. Die be­schlos­se­nen Mass­nah­men sind ein­schnei­dend für Wirt­schaft und Ge­sell­schaft,  aber not­wen­dig und ver­hält­nis­mäs­sig. Des­halb un­ter­stützt eco­no­mie­su­is­se diese Mass­nah­men. Obers­te Prio­ri­tät hat der Schutz der Men­schen und das Funk­tio­nie­ren un­se­rer Ge­sund­heits­ein­rich­tun­gen.**

Nach­dem ver­schie­de­ne Kan­to­ne be­kannt­ge­ge­ben haben, dass auch Re­stau­rants, Dis­co­the­ken, Kinos, Sport- und Frei­zeit­ein­rich­tun­gen und Läden ge­schlos­sen blei­ben müs­sen, hat der Bund nun heute nach­ge­zo­gen. Um eine wei­te­re Zu­nah­me der Co­ro­na-In­fi­zier­ten und eine Über­las­tung des Ge­sund­heits­we­sens zu ver­mei­den, sind die Mass­nah­men not­wen­dig. Sie tref­fen die Be­völ­ke­rung und die Wirt­schaft hart.

Die Wirt­schaft trägt die Mass­nah­men mit. Wich­tig ist es, dass nun rasch die Bürg­schaf­ten ein­ge­gan­gen wer­den, damit not­lei­den­de Be­trie­be ihre Li­qui­di­täts­schwie­rig­kei­ten über­brü­cken kön­nen. In der Schweiz soll­ten Be­trie­be die Mög­lich­keit er­hal­ten, auf un­bü­ro­kra­ti­sche Weise Zah­lun­gen an den Staat hin­aus­zu­schie­ben. Es muss ver­mie­den wer­den, dass sol­ven­te Un­ter­neh­men in Kon­kurs gehen.

Für die Wirt­schaft ist es ab­so­lut zen­tral, dass die Ver­sor­gung der Schweiz mit Roh­ma­te­ria­li­en, Vor­leis­tungs­pro­duk­ten und End­pro­duk­ten aus dem Aus­land je­der­zeit ge­währ­leis­tet wer­den kann. Auch der Wa­ren­ex­port ist si­cher­zu­stel­len. Wa­ren­trans­por­te müs­sen wei­ter­hin ohne Hin­der­nis­se über die Gren­zen hin­weg ab­ge­wi­ckelt wer­den kön­nen. eco­no­mie­su­is­se be­grüsst daher den Ent­scheid des Bun­des­rats, hier kei­ner­lei Ein­schrän­kun­gen vor­zu­neh­men und die Lage mit der EU zu ko­or­di­nie­ren. Die nun be­schlos­se­nen Grenz­kon­trol­len für Per­so­nen und das Schlies­sen von klei­ne­ren Grenz­über­gän­gen dür­fen nun aber nicht zu er­heb­li­chen Ver­zö­ge­run­gen der Wa­ren­ab­wick­lung füh­ren.

Be­trie­be ohne Pu­bli­kums­ver­kehr sol­len wei­ter­ar­bei­ten kön­nen, wenn die Hy­gie­ne- und Vor­sichts­mass­nah­men über­all ein­ge­hal­ten wer­den kön­nen. So kann der Scha­den für die ge­sam­te Wirt­schaft in ver­hält­nis­mäs­si­gen Gren­zen ge­hal­ten wer­den.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
