**Zwischen Effizienzgewinn und wachsendem Druck: Fach- und Führungspersonen, die generative künstliche Intelligenz täglich nutzen, nehmen sie überwiegend positiv wahr. Doch sie äussern auch einen steigenden Erwartungsdruck und sind unsicher in rechtlichen und technischen Fragen, wie eine Studie der ZHAW ergeben hat. **

Mit zunehmender Nutzung verschiebt sich das Bild von generativer KI von einem Effizienz-Tool hin zu einem strukturellen Treiber von Arbeitsveränderung. Das zeigt eine qualitative Studie der ZHAW, die die Auswirkungen der täglichen Nutzung von generativer KI (GenKI) bei der Arbeit erforscht hat.

**Steigender Output wirkt überwiegend entlastend  
**Die Befragten nutzen GenKI primär, um Texte zu erstellen, zu überarbeiten, Informationen zu strukturieren oder Ideen zu entwickeln. Diese Nutzung rief bei den Befragten durchaus positive Gefühle hervor. Dazu gehörten beispielsweise Stolz, wenn dies zu höherer Qualität, effizienteren Arbeitsprozessen oder erfolgreichen Problemlösungen führte. «Wenngleich ein Teil der Befragten steigende Erwartungen an Produktivität und den Druck, mit der technologischen Entwicklung Schritt zu halten, als belastend empfindet, wird GenKI überwiegend als entlastend erlebt», sagt Julia Kornfeind, Co-Studienleiterin.

**Unsicherheiten, Mängel und Teamarbeit als Herausforderungen   
**Trotz der routinierten Anwendung bestehen weiterhin Unsicherheiten. Diese betreffen primär die Fehleranfälligkeit (Halluzinationen) sowie ungeklärte rechtliche Fragestellungen zum Urheber- und Datenschutz. Zudem fehlen teilweise organisationsweite Vorgaben und strukturierte Einsatzstrategien oder sind noch nicht ausreichend kommuniziert. Einige Befragte berichten zudem von einem geringeren Austausch im Team. «Damit die ständige Verfügbarkeit von GenKI den persönlichen Austausch nicht schleichend verdrängt, sollten Teams gezielt Räume für gemeinsames Lernen und informellen Erfahrungsaustausch schaffen. Die Einführung neuer Arbeitsweisen erfordert zudem offene Gespräche über Rollenveränderungen, Verantwortlichkeiten sowie die Grenzen des Einsatzes von GenKI», sagt Dr. Anna-Lena Majkovic, Co-Studienleiterin.

**Mensch und Maschine in der Zukunft  
**Die Befragten sind zuversichtlich bezüglich ihrer beruflichen Perspektiven. Die grosse Mehrheit begreift die Technologie eher als Chance für die persönliche berufliche Entwicklung, auch wenn das Risiko der Substitution von Tätigkeiten durch die GenKI durchaus gesehen wird. Für die Zukunft bevorzugen die Befragten eine komplementäre Zusammenarbeit, in der das Individuum weiterhin Kontrolle und Verantwortung übernimmt und GenKI als Werkzeug unterstützt. Als entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor dient dabei die Schärfung «GenKI-unterscheidender» Stärken: Kompetenzen wie emotionale Intelligenz, kritisches Kontextwissen und der Aufbau sozialer Netzwerke gewinnen an Bedeutung, um die eigene Rolle in einem KI-geprägten Arbeitsumfeld aktiv und zukunftssicher zu positionieren.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
