Der Arbeitgeber ist verpflichtet, den Schutz der Gesundheit seiner Mitarbeitenden und die Präventionsmassnahmen gegen COVID-19 am Arbeitsplatz sicherzustellen; und zwar gemäss [Artikel 6](https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/1966/57_57_57/de#a6) Arbeitsgesetz (SR 822.11), Artikel 25 der Covid-19-Verordnung besondere Lage (SR 818.101.26) und [Artikel 27a](https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/2020/438/de#art_27_a) der Covid-19-Verordnung 3 (SR 818.101.24).

Die Arbeitgeber müssen zudem gewährleisten, dass die Mitarbeitenden die Regeln und Empfehlungen des BAG betreffend Verhalten und Hygiene einhalten können. Weitere Schutzmassnahmen sind je nach Risiko zu treffen. Namentlich die Möglichkeit von Homeoffice, die physische Trennung, getrennte Teams, regelmässiges Lüften (jede Stunde, 5-10 Minuten) oder das Tragen von Gesichtsmasken.

Die Massnahmen erfolgen nach dem STOP-Prinzip:

**S** Substitution,  
**T** technische Massnahmen,  
**O** organisatorische Massnahmen,  
**P** persönliche Schutzausrüstung.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
