**Das Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft hat die Liste mit den meldepflichtigen Berufen für das Jahr 2026 veröffentlicht. Durch den konjunkturbedingten Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit nimmt, wie im Vorjahr, auch die Zahl der meldepflichtigen Berufe zu.**

Seit der Einführung der Stellenmeldepflicht müssen offene Stellen in Berufen mit einer Arbeitslosenquote von über 5 Prozent den regionalen Arbeitsvermittlungszentren (RAV) gemeldet werden. Arbeitssuchende, die bei den RAV registriert sind, haben dann während fünf Arbeitstagen exklusiven Zugang zu diesen Stellen, bevor die Unternehmen sie öffentlich ausschreiben dürfen.

Die Liste der meldepflichtigen Berufe wird jährlich aktualisiert und basiert auf der Arbeitslosenquote in den jeweiligen Berufsgruppen. Wenn diese den Schwellenwert von 5 Prozent überschreitet, wird die Berufsgruppe meldepflichtig.

In der Referenzperiode vom Oktober 2024 bis September 2025 überschritten mehr Berufsgruppen diesen Schwellenwert als im Vorjahr, was für 2026 eine Zunahme der meldepflichtigen Berufe bedeutet: Während im aktuellen Jahr noch etwa 6,5 Prozent der Erwerbstätigen von der Meldepflicht betroffen waren, wird dieser Anteil im kommenden Jahr auf 10,8 Prozent ansteigen. Die Berufsgruppe mit den meisten betroffenen Erwerbstätigen im Jahr 2026 sind mit 88’187 Personen wiederum die Hilfsarbeiter im Baugewerbe. Neu hinzugekommen sind unter anderem das Reinigungspersonal und Hilfskräfte in Büros, Hotels und anderen Einrichtungen sowie Köche.

Damit betroffene Arbeitgeber frühzeitig planen können, hat das SECO [die neue Liste mit den meldepflichtigen Berufsarten](https://www.haw.ch/hubfs/Liste%20der%20Meldepflichtigen%20Berufsarten%202026_DE_provisorisch.pdf) bereits veröffentlicht. Dabei gilt es zu beachten, dass die Liste noch unter dem Vorbehalt des definitiven Entscheides des Eidgenössischen Departements für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung steht, welcher voraussichtlich Ende November 2025 erfolgt.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
