**Die nationalrätliche Kommission für Wirtschaft und Abgaben (WAK-N) hat die Beratungen über das Bundesgesetz über die Steuervorlage und die AHV-Finanzierung (STAF) in Angriff genommen. Sie bleibt dabei auf der Linie des Ständerats. Obwohl die Beratungen noch nicht abgeschlossen sind, wurden einige Entscheide bereits getroffen.**

So wird die Vorlage nicht in einen Steuer- und einen AHV-Teil aufgesplittet. Auch die Erhöhung des Rentenalters für Frauen fand in der Kommission keine Mehrheit. Ebenfalls wird auf eine Erhöhung der Mehrwertsteuer verzichtet, die die Erhöhung der Lohnbeiträge zugunsten der AHV hätte ersetzen sollen. Auch bei der umstrittenen Dividendenbesteuerung bleibt es dabei, dass auf Bundesebene mindestens 70 Prozent und bei den Kantonen mindestens 50 Prozent besteuert werden. Die Kommission wird die Vorlage an ihrer Sitzung vom 3. September zu Ende beraten.

#### Über uns

Die Handelskammer und Arbeitgebervereinigung Winterthur HAW ist 1992 aus der Fusion der Kaufmännischen Gesellschaft Handelskammer Winterthur und dem Arbeitgeberverband Winterthur entstanden. Ihre Wurzeln gehen bis ins Jahr 1801 zurück. Die HAW prägte die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt Winterthur und trägt bis heute dazu bei, dass Winterthur ein Wirtschaftsstandort mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur ist.
